Refund Policy

Maid Green guarantees you will be satisfied with the service you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed and the attention to detail we will send someone back, free of charge to make things right. If you are still not satisfied after we have sent a staff member for a second visit to correct the areas in question, please contact us immediately for further action. An evaluation will be made regarding your particular situation as to whether you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit for future service.
